- Setups I love: London fakeouts, break & retests, NY reversals
6:00 AM – Skincare for Oily Skin (Before I Sweat)

I used to grab takeaways and crash by 2 PM. Now I eat like my future depends on it (because it does):

- Lunch: Grilled beef, greens, brown rice
- Dinner: Chicken/salmon + sweet potatoes
- Snacks: Apple, water, supplements (omega 3, probiotics, multivitamins)
