Listen, South Africa is giving lately .From this soft winter sun to Springboks showing Italy flames — the vibe has been proper! And me? I’ve been outside more, moving my body, eating simple food, and just trying to stay sane in between everything.
I won’t lie — this sunshine makes it easier to show up for yourself, even if it’s just a 10-minute stretch or quick walk. So let me share how I’ve been keeping it light, healthy, and chilled


Winter Movement That Doesn’t Require a Gym Contract

Lately I’ve been outside more — walking, jogging, dancing in the backyard while amapiano’s on max 
Some mornings, I literally just stretch in bed or on my mat for 10 minutes and call it a win. The key is: just move.

Herbal tea has been my go to this season . Warm calming and prefect for staying hydrated and grounded 

  • Oats with cinnamon and banana
  • Butternut and chicken in the air fryer
  • Spinach + pap combos that just hit
  • Rooibos tea with honey and ginger (10/10 for throat & glow)
I’m not forcing a strict diet — just keeping it whole, warm, and real.

✨ How I’m Staying Consistent (Even When I Feel Tired)
Honestly? I had to slow things down. Between forex charts, content, and trying not to doom-scroll — I had to ground myself again. Here’s my daily checklist:
✔️ Morning stretch
✔️ Eat at least one veggie
✔️ Sit in the sun for a few minutes
✔️ Move (even if it’s walking to the shop)
✔️ One deep breath. Repeat.
